Return policy

The customer must contact us via email support@plainsalty.com within 48 hours after the misprinted/damaged/defective item has been received (Return policy only applies to misprinted/damaged/defective items). Please include a photo of the item and our customer service team will get in touch with you to figure out the best solution. 

If 48 hours has passed since delivery, we are unable to replace or refund your order.
